Yes, there is a place for people of all skill and fitness levels inside MCHN Strength. We have programs and workouts suitable for everyone, from beginners to highly experienced individuals and athletes.

We have strength workouts and programs that are bodyweight only and require no equipment, as well as a running program. Several of our strength programs are modality-specific, such as kettlebell, sandbag, or TRX. The remainder of our programs require a variety of equipment, including barbell, kettlebell, dumbbell, pull-up bar, plyo box, etc.

As a member, you will have access to our community group chat inside the app, where our coaches engage daily with our members, answering questions and providing support. We also offer coach-led live Zoom calls, covering a variety of health, wellness, and fitness topics, which are open to all community members.

Our daily workouts (bodyweight, kettlebell, and mixed modality) are programmed with the busy individual in mind, designed to take around 20-30 minutes to complete. While the workouts in our signature programs are a bit longer (45-60 minutes), the app offers scheduling flexibility, providing the opportunity to move workouts around in the calendar as needed to fit into your busy schedule.
